Kasper Schmeichel to join Southampton?

Danish goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel will make a move to Southampton in June, according to a report from the goalkeeper's homeland.Schmeichel, currently at Leicester City, has decided to let his contract at the Foxes expire and will head for pastures new.

AC Milan were also amongst the teams vying for his signing, but the Saints apparently have already wrapped up a deal. The 27-year-old will reportedly sign a four year contract at St Mary's and will become the first choice goalkeeper for Southampton, replacing Artur Boruc.
