Leicester City make fresh bid for Troy Deeney
Leicester City have made a renewed approach for Watford striker Troy Deeney. The Foxes have already had two offers for the player rejected and are locked in talks with the Vicerage Road side to agree on a fee for the forward.
Deeney, who has been one of Watford's most important players in recent seasons, has been valued by Watford at a cool £12m; which is some way off of what Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson is willing to pay.
The Foxes have made a brand new offer in the region of £7.5 million and are confident that Watford will accept their take it or leave it offer.
Deeney is also said to be desperate to try his luck in the Premier League and is pushing his current club to accept the offer.
