Man Utd want to sign Portuguese defender?
Manchester United have been fancied to land the services of Goncalo Inacio from Sporting this summer, according to Record.
The Portugal international has been long linked with a move to Old Trafford. He was first on the radar of the club in early 2022.
United went on to sign Lisandro Martinez instead, but this has not stopped the speculation linking him with the Mancunian giants.
Record claim that United have made several observations of the centre-back and could revive their interest during the summer.
Inacio currently has a release clause worth €60m in his current deal, and Sporting are reluctant to accept anything less for him.
It is left to be seen whether United make a move, considering they are also interested in Juventus centre-back Gleison Bremer.
Everton's Jarrad Branthwaite has also been linked with the club and the final decision could rest on the manager at the helm.
Erik ten Hag is currently the head coach, but there is no guarantee that he will remain in his position at the end of the season.
