Man Utd winger returns to training after injury blow
Manchester United winger Antony has returned to team training ahead of the FA Cup semi-final against Coventry City at the Wembley Stadium.
The Brazil international has had a difficult campaign with the Red Devils and he has yet to find the back of the net in the Premier League.
Despite this, he has been relatively good form lately and recently provided a brilliant trivela assist for Alejandro Garnacho against Chelsea.
Antony was absent for the recent trip to Bournemouth with an undefined issue, but he was all smiles in Tuesday's training session at Carrington.
The 24-year-old should make the squad against Coventry on Sunday. It remains to be seen whether he will get the nod in the starting XI.
Marcus Rashford has been poor from the left wing in recent games and Erik ten Hag may contemplate dropping him for Antony in the line-up.
In that case, Garnacho would naturally move to his preferred left wing position with Antony occupying his usual right wing role.
