Spurs chasing Taye Taiwo
Tottenham are believed to be ready to make an offer for Nigeria's international full back Taye Taiwo. Juande Ramos is understood to have instructed his scouts to monitor the Nigerian's progress over the last season.
Taiwo is one of Marseille's most desirable youngsters, and several clubs have already failed in their efforts to land the full back.
However, with reports of a £9 million offer heading its way to Marseille, it will be very difficult for the L'OM to reject such a generous offer.
Taiwo is eager to try his luck elsewhere in another league, and his desire for bigger and better things could help see a move elsewhere.
