Real Madrid have first refusal agreement for Chelsea star
Chelsea are understood to have held discussions with Real Madrid regarding a future transfer for midfielder N'Golo Kante.
The 28-year-old has been with the Blues since the summer of 2016 and during the past three seasons, he has won the Premier League, FA Cup and Europa League titles respectively.
Still, he continues to be linked with a big-money move elsewhere and reports have suggested that Los Blancos manager Zinedine Zidane is keen on pursuing his compatriot.
According to Defensa Central, the Blues are not actively looking at the sale of Kante and that may be a case in the future, should the midfielder want to pursue a fresh challenge.
The same report claims that Los Blancos have been in discussions with the Blues and the west London side have agreed to notify them, if they receive a any big-money bids at the end of the season.
Kante, who has nearly four years remaining on his Blues contract, has recently been hampered with an ankle problem which has kept him out of first-team action under Frank Lampard.
