Former Barcelona boss to replace Unai Emery at Arsenal?
Arsenal have reportedly earmarked Luis Enrique as the prime target to replace Unai Emery, whose managerial position is under threat.
The Gunners have made an average beginning to the current league season and they are presently six points off the top four places.
As a result, there has been plenty of fan criticism towards Emery and a section of the faithful believe the Spaniard should be sacked in the near future.
According to Marca, the north London side are not considering the dismissal of Emery but their stance may chance, should the club's average run of form continue.
It is added that Enrique is one of the top names on the club's wishlist to replace Emery, though it is unclear whether the ex-Barcelona boss will accept the job.
Enrique recently stepped down from his Spain role due to personal reasons and it remains to be seen whether he would fancy a return to coaching by the end of the year.
