Barcelona attacker in talks with Chelsea?
The representative of Ousmane Dembele has reportedly opened negotiations with Chelsea regarding a potential move at the end of the campaign.
The Frenchman has failed to impress since his £96m switch to the Camp Nou in 2017 and he has suffered a string of unexpected injuries which have hampered his progress.
According to El Desmarque, the Catalans are likely to part ways with the Frenchman next summer and they have given the green light for the player's agent to discuss with potential suitors.
The same outlet claims that Dembele has a particular preference to head to the Premier League and contact has been made with both Chelsea and Manchester City.
Manchester City are eyeing a replacement for Leroy Sane, who looks likely to join Bayern Munich. The Blues, on the other hand, want to strengthen their attack further and Dembele is an option for them alongside Jadon Sancho of Borussia Dortmund.
Barcelona are likely to demand around £80m for the former Rennes graduate. Dembele has made just three league starts under manager Ernesto Valverde this term.
