Man Utd want to sign Argentine wonderkid for €20m

Manchester United are keen on signing Boca Juniors wonderkid Aaron Anselmino during the summer transfer window.

The 18-year-old is one of the best young talents in Argentina and he has been touted to move to European football next term.

United have sent scouts to watch him in action and TYC Sports claim that they are now preparing an approach for his services.

Anselmino recently signed a new contract with Boca until June 2028, but it has a low release clause in the region of €20m.

United are well aware of the clause figure and they are expected to trigger the sum when the transfer window reopens this summer.

AC Milan are also admirers of the teenage centre-back, but United are optimistic of agreeing terms with the player first.

Anselmino is seen as a long-term prospect by the club. The hierarchy have plans to loan him out for the 2024/25 campaign.

The youngster recently said that he is focused on his role at Boca, but his stance is likely to change in the coming months.
