Liverpool interested in Gervinho
Liverpool are reportedly interested in securing the services of former Arsenal forward Gervinho this summer, according to Football Direct News.
The talented Ivory Coast striker joined the AS Roma from Arsenal last summer, having fallen out-of-favour under manager Arsene Wenger.
The 26-year-old has since then played a huge part in the club's progress throughout the current campaign. The report claims that Gervinho has a clause in his contract when would allow him exit from the Stadio Olimpico for a cut-price deal of just £4million should manager Rudi Garcia leave the club.
Brendan Rodgers has been a huge admirer of the African striker and is likely to make a move for his services in the summer, with the club set to play with Europe's elite in the Champions League next season.
